prisons are overcrowded, prosecutors are overworked, dockets are busting at the seams, -why? the majority of government officials will say, “drugs-† evils of drug addiction.” and it works – works beautifully. john q public does not want to point fingers at themselves.† to do so would be to take responsibility for the breaking down of humanity. who wants that on their shoulders? not i said the fly. people need something inanimate to blame- and let’s face it, drug addiction is the most lucrative cash cow our government has created. the war on drugs, such a noble cause – and an even better campaign agenda.
